VIDA - Eastboro Life Together Ministry
 | Our Vision The Hispanic community is the most rapidly growing segment of the population in Shawnee County, and there are both physical and spiritual needs that are not currently being met by the available community resources. It is our goal to establish a culturally sensitive, relational, relevant ministry in the Eastboro community, where the largest percentage of this immigrant population lives. As we develop this ministry, we seek opportunities to proclaim the Good News and to share the Gospel. |
| Our Name  | Focusing on Hispanics and thus the Spanish-speaking population, we have incorporated the Spanish word "Vida" (pronounced "VEE-da"), which means life, into the name of our ministry. As Christians, we have new life in Christ and are called to share the Gospel message with others so that they may also become part of the body of believers. |
